Application FeeThe Application fee is NOT REFUNDABLE except for:
a. Enrolment been rejected by respective University
b. No room including alternative room is NOT AVAILABLE at the required rental period
Security Deposit FeeTenant may cancel booking by writing to the office within 14 days upon booking confirmation. In such an event, the Security Deposit refund will be initiated within the stated period based on checkout procedure upon the cancellation confirmation notice received on portal.
Accommodation FeeThe tenant may at any time, terminate the Tenancy by giving a 30 days written notice:
(a) If the tenant terminated the Tenancy Agreement any time after the middle of one's academic term, no payments shall be refunded.
(b) If the tenant terminates the Tenancy Agreement any time prior to the middle of one's academic term, the Accommodation Fee will be refunded in proportion to the period of tenancy in the initial agreement which will be initiated within the stated period based on checkout procedure upon the cancellation confirmation notice received on portal
