| Accommodation Fee | The tenant may at any time, terminate the Tenancy by giving a 30 days written notice.(a) If the tenant terminated the tenancy agreement any time after the middle of one's academic term, no payments shall be refunded. (b) However, if the tenant terminates the Tenancy agreement any time prior to the middle of one's academic term, the Accommodation Fee will be refunded in proportion to the period of tenancy in the initial agreement which will be initiated within 30 days upon the cancellation confirmation notice received on EduLife system |
